Why does my gauge read 80% if my tank was just filled?

• 80% is considered full. The propane needs room in the tank to expand into a gaseous form.

What size tanks do you provide?

• At Sun Propane we offer 120, 325, 500, and 1000 gallon tanks for residential use. A representative can help you determine which size is appropriate for your home.

Why do I need 2 regulators?

• The first regulator can only reduce the pressure at the tank to a certain point. The second regulator located nearest your house reduces the pressure down to an acceptable amount for your appliances to use.

When can I expect my delivery?

• If you are a "Will-Call" customer, you need to call the office and place your order over the telephone. We then include you on a list of orders for your area. The driver will be in your area to make a delivery at least once a week. If you are an "Auto-Fill" customer the driver will check your tank when he is in your area and make the delivery when needed.
